From packaging to shipment, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and ready to use.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing for U.S. orders
- High seasonal shipping volumes
- Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Unitie Gear is not responsible for transit delays.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking confirms delivery, Unitie Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost during transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist with the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product
