At Unitie, I created I Care to make sure every person who trusts us gets the value they deserve, and most importantly, stays protected from hearing damage.

Your earplugs are made to last, but life happens. They can get misplaced, damaged, or worn through everyday use. That’s why I Care exists: so you’re never left unprotected and can keep enjoying music safely for as long as possible.

What’s Included

❤️ 1 Year of Coverage
Your protection starts the day your order is delivered and lasts for 12 full months.

❤️ Up to 2 Replacements
If your earplugs are lost or damaged during your coverage period, you’re eligible for a maximum of two replacement pairs.

Replacement Limits

The I Care Warranty includes a maximum of two replacement claims per purchase within the 1-year coverage period.

Once both replacements have been used, coverage for that purchase will end.

I Care is my promise that if something happens to your earplugs, you won’t be left without protection.
