Every order is prepared with care and precision, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order is not what you expected, we’re here to make things right.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Earplugs that have been used or worn
- Products damaged through misuse
- Lost or stolen items
- Items returned without proof of purchase
This policy helps us protect the health and trust of everyone in the Unitie community.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if your product arrived damaged or defective)
We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Unitie Gear is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
